About Elena

Hi, I am Elena Giorgetti, founder of Make an Impact Career Coaching.

I specialize in career transitions, emotional intelligence and mental health coaching. I started my career as a recruiter in a Fortune 500 global consulting firm and worked in both Europe and Canada. In addition, I bring more than 10 years of experience as a Career Coach with one of Canada’s top business schools (UBC Sauder School of Business).

My experience as a recruitment insider and career development specialist enables me to offer a unique blend of support and guidance to my clients. I bring a wealth of experience working with individuals and organizations facilitating career development, group coaching and transition management programs. A few of my corporate clients include: UBC Sauder School of Business, The University of British Columbia, BCRTC and Bell Media.

I am certified career coach, with a PCC credential from the International Coaching Federation and a Certified Organizational Coach from the University of British Columbia. I also hold certifications in Emotional Intelligence by Roche Martin, Job Finding Club by SFU and in Hope Action Theory & Practice.

In addition to my private practice, I am a trained Mental Health Coach for Modern Health, a mental well-being platform for employers that guides people to the right care at the right time.

I am passionate about connecting people to their inner potential and I am recognized for my empathy, spontaneous sense of humor and goal-oriented approach.
