A soul-rooted coach and alchemist, she left the corporate and DEI world to create The Fray Alchemist, a practice where ancestral wisdom, intuitive healing, and somatic liberation come together. Through her work, Takia helps Black women and those aligned with her values shed inherited burdens, disrupt internalized narratives, and transmute what no longer serves into personal power and deep joy.
