Debra Gelinas

Dr. Debra Gelinas is a certified leadership and career coach, educator, and owner of Breadwinner Coaching & Consulting. Debra has extensive experience managing teams, building partnerships, and developing programs that help students and professionals develop new skills. In addition to a 20-year career in higher education leadership, Debra has earned a Master’s degree in counseling and a Doctorate in education; is formally trained in coaching, mediation, and human resources management; is an Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP) and COR.E Leadership Dynamics Specialist (CLDS); and is certified to administer and interpret the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator.
