About Chris and Erin
We’re Erin and Chris—partners in life and coaching, and proud parents of two teenagers and two young adults. We've spent over 30 years collectively walking alongside people during some of the most pivotal moments of their lives. And now, we’ve poured our hearts into creating a space where young people—and their parents—can rediscover their confidence, reconnect with their values, and reimagine their future.
At Extraordinary Purpose, we guide teens, young adults, and parents through life’s most challenging transitions with compassion, clarity, and a powerful coaching approach rooted in emotional intelligence, psychological flexibility, and authentic connection.
We believe every young person has greatness within them—but sometimes they need help uncovering it. And every parent deserves support, especially during the teen and young adult years when so much feels uncertain.
This work is personal for us. Because we’re living it. And we know what it feels like to want more for your child, and sometimes feel unsure how to help.
Who We Help:
Teens (13–18) who are struggling with motivation, confidence, identity, or emotional overwhelm
Young Adults (18–30) who feel lost, stuck, anxious, or unsure of their direction in life or career
Parents who want to strengthen their relationship with their child and show up with more clarity, calm, and purpose
What Makes Us Different:
A whole-person approach that supports mental and emotional wellness, not just goals
A unique blend of 1:1 coaching and small group experiences that create lasting transformation
Real-time access to your coaches—we’re in your corner, not just during your session
Chris is Certified in the ACT Matrix, helping clients build psychological flexibility and lasting resilience
We walk the talk—everything we teach, we live, as coaches and parents ourselves
The Experience:
Our coaching isn’t about fixing anyone—it’s about helping you or your child come back to who they truly are. Our sessions are warm, encouraging, and rooted in deep belief in the people we serve. You’ll find us using thoughtful questions, real-life tools, and a whole lot of heart.
We’ve helped young people:
Discover passions and career paths they never knew existed
Build habits and routines that support confidence and mental health
Shift from self-doubt and apathy to direction and drive
And we’ve helped parents:
Reconnect with their child through powerful conversations and emotional presence
Find their own voice and purpose again
Create a family culture of love, resilience, and shared purpose
Next Step:
If your teen or young adult is struggling—or if you’re just ready to feel supported as a parent—we’d love to meet you.
