Over 20 years, my excitement for starting with a new client has only grown. Each with their own unique life, perspectives, backgrounds, goals, styles, etc., I have been fascinated, enriched, and fulfilled by them all.

With my BSW (Bachelor of Social Work) and 20+ years of experience, my foundation is rock solid. I’ve faced trials, built micro-businesses, a non-profit, & worked in many fields. All of this has given me a keen intuition and the ability to offer transformational & practical support to your life journey.

There are two things that set me apart from other coaches. First, when appropriate, I blend space organization organically into the coaching process ensuring that your space aligns and super charges your goals. Second, I include in my rates impromptu call time. This lets you reach out as issues arise, without waiting for our next session, ensuring real-time support for you.

Our work together begins with an exploration call where I get to learn about you, listen to your concerns, aspirations, visions, etc.. You get a feel for me and answer the question, does she resonate with me? I am ready to partner with you, for you. It would be my great honor to have you schedule with me!
