About Dr. Hugo

Dr. Hugo Velazco is a PhD-trained business psychologist and ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) based in Torrance, California.

He works with executives, founders, and senior professionals navigating complex decisions, sustained pressure, and responsibility that affects others.

This is not motivational coaching. It is structured advisory work grounded in applied psychology and real-world leadership experience.

Engagements focus on:
- stabilizing judgment under pressure
- clarifying high-stakes decisions
- reducing cognitive overload
- strengthening leadership steadiness

Coaching is used as a disciplined modality within advisory engagements. Sessions are structured, time-contained, and responsibility-centered.

Work is offered virtually and in select in-person engagements.

Orientation conversations available by request.
