About Sandy

I’m Sandy Love, and I help people see themselves more clearly, like a mirror. The kind of mirror that reflects not just where you are now, but who you truly are beneath the noise, conditioning, and pain. My clients often say they feel deeply seen in ways they’ve never experienced before. That’s the space I hold: still, warm, and transformative.

My work is intuitive, emotionally intelligent, and rooted in the belief that your emotions are not the problem, they’re the path. I don’t believe in forcing change or bypassing pain. Instead, I help you move through resistance gently, truthfully, and with compassion, so you can stop looping and finally live from clarity.

Many of the people I work with are in some form of transition: relationships, identity, purpose, grief, burnout, or simply feeling like they’ve outgrown their old life. They’re often the strong ones for everyone else… but secretly, they’re carrying too much. They’re the deep feelers, the thinkers, the givers, the seekers.

My approach is influenced by many modalities, including the mindset philosophy of Peter Crone, whose work on identity and freedom from limiting stories deeply informs my process. I use a blend of intuitive coaching, deep emotional inquiry, and tools like RTT (Rapid Transformational Therapy), Byron Katie’s “The Work.” We don’t just talk. We shift things at the root: mentally, emotionally, and somatically, so real freedom becomes possible.

This work is soulful but practical, compassionate but powerful. I believe you're not broken, you're becoming and I’m here to walk beside you while you do.
