Hi, I’m July. I coach late-diagnosed women with ADHD who feel stuck in cycles of overwhelm, self-doubt, and exhaustion from trying to manage life with strategies that never seem to last.

If you’ve poured energy into planners, apps, or productivity hacks only to watch them fade after a week, it’s not because you’re lazy or broken. Those tips aren’t the same as a system designed for your ADHD brain.

As an ADHD coach, I help you create ADHD-friendly routines, weekly planning systems, and executive function strategies that reduce overwhelm and actually fit your energy and lifestyle. Together we’ll build structure that works with you—not against you.
