For over a decade, I have worked with hundreds people (regardless of titles) to become the leaders they want to be. Intentional leaders are those who are clear about their goals and purposes. I work with clients on:
1. Being deliberate in their actions;
2. Ensuring their everyday actions align with a strong, well-articulated vision;
3. Not leaving things to chance or for things to get better by themselves; and
4. Intervening without micromanaging or being controlling.

The ability to create and communicate a clear vision for themselves (and their organizations) has set them on a course for personal and professional success.
