Michael Beck

As an executive coach, mentor, and strategist, I help senior leaders enhance their impact and newly promoted leaders become more effective.

My clients get the results they want because my background is different than most other coaches. I have an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School of Business along with a Masters Degree in Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania. Prior to becoming an executive coach, I held a number of executive positions including CFO, COO, and EVP. I also lived and worked overseas as a Business Advisor to a member of the Royal Family of Saudi Arabia.

I have a highly developed talent for identifying problems and distinguishing them from the symptoms they cause. This allows me to help my clients more rapidly develop practical, effective solutions.

Additionally, I tend to see things from a different perspective than most. This allows me to “see” things others miss, uncover blind spots, and offer more insightful perspectives.
