About Sahar Raman

I began meditating at fifteen, and that practice became the foundation of my work. Over the years, I’ve learned how awareness can uncover the roots of stress, self-doubt, and emotional exhaustion—and how conscious attention can transform them into clarity and strength.

With master’s degrees in English Literature and Indian Philosophy, I bring both Western psychological insight and Eastern meditative tradition into my coaching. My approach integrates reflection, mindfulness, and practical strategies to help professionals and leaders regain focus, resilience, and purpose.

At the heart of my work is the understanding that the self and the universe are not separate—the statement “I am” holds the key to our wholeness. When we identify ourselves only by roles or achievements, we forget the vastness of who we truly are.
