Executive and leadership coach with over 20 years of experience as a business leader, COO and senior consultant in financial services. After studying business and psychology at Clark University, I became a certified diversity consultant in 2002. Along the way, I shifted careers from banking to risk management to human resources to capitalize on my strong reputation as a developer of key diverse leadership talent. In 2015, I became a certified leadership coach, and a certified Action Learning team coach in 2019. My coaching specialties include diversity, equity and inclusion, executive presence, communication, stakeholder management and relationship building, personal resilience, change leadership and energy & time management. When I'm not coaching, I love to paint with acrylics and take long walks with my husband and our aging Labrador Retriever mix, Buddy.
