Kermit Jones

Kermit is a straight-shooter who works with high-impact individuals to help them thrive in their leadership, communications, and relationships. There is no "script" to follow - you and your unique situation are the script.

His greatest talent is to breathe life and energy into people and situations regardless of their status in life, past track record, or even initial motivation and desire. He does this by inspiring, growing, and challenging people to stretch beyond their comfort zones, and empowering them to take action. He would love to do this for you.

A Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Kermit is a life-long learner who has always looked for new ways to tackle the status quo and challenges in life. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from the United State Naval Academy, a Master of Divinity degree, and Doctorate centered on the maturity component of a four-factor personality assessment.

Kermit focuses on executive coaching and leadership development, drawing from more than two decades of experience advising a wide range of leaders from within the military, government, and corporate sectors.

One point of clarification: Kermit is not everyone's cup of tea. He believes in full transparency and radical candor (i.e., he is fluent in sarcasm, if desired). One client pointed out: "with Kermit, it isn’t simply 'coaching' but rather 'high-flame, super-intense, sometimes-you’re-the-hammer-sometimes-your-the-anvil iron-sharpening-iron coaching' ... and I love it because he allows [the client] to determine the level of intensity."
