I'm a Mindset & Momentum coach.

In my client work, I've noticed a theme among many new coaches and creatives:

1. A discomfort around money (having it, making it, talking about it with potential clients/customers)

2. Hesitation identifying themselves as a "Coach", "Entrepreneur", "CEO", "Artist".

So I help them work through money difficulty, specifically money trauma, as well as step into their new role with empowerment so they can make a greater impact with their natural gifts.

I help new coaches who are empathic, intuitive and creative to uncover their mindset blocks so they can get out of their own way and boost their confidence. Through transformational coaching, I also help them book their first paying client(s).

I also help creatives build more structure and routine into their lives to optimize their creative potential and live with more inspiration and freedom.
