About Madhu
About me:
I am Madhu (she/they), a queer, brown, Tamil person living in Toronto, Canada. I worked as a manager of people at technology companies for the past few years, building collaborative, kind and resilient teams.
I received my coaching education from the Academy of Creative Coaching, which is accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). I've completed my training at the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) level and I'm working towards my ICF credentials.
I love to read, write, listen to podcasts, and sew my own clothes. I am inspired by queer artists & activists of color that seek to end oppression through their radical work.
My practice:
I help
women, queer, bipoc, disabled, chronically ill, neurodivergent folks
realize scary but compelling career, leadership and creative dreams
by strengthening your focus, confidence, and clarity
and growing the collaborator in you.
