When you ask my son "what does your Dad do?" His response is simple...he solves problems! For over 30 years, I have taken that mantra truly to heart. The difference is that I don't solve problems or fix things, I help people discover the skills they already possess and inspire them to use them to take charge of their own life.

I am convinced that we all have our own set of human superpowers! However, just like a foggy day hides the sun and blue sky, life can diminish and hide your true potential.
