I'm Mar,an Irish-Canadian ICF certified transformational coach and facilitator of change fueled by a purpose to amplify clarity, creativity, & connection.

I specialise in guiding entrepreneurs, teams, and individuals dealing with personal or professional challenges related to burnout, and self-sabotage. I work with those ready to take radical responsibility for their lives and transform the underlying patterns and beliefs at the root of burnout, self-censorship, and disconnection from self.

Adept in getting to the heart of a matter, and in co-creating transformation with my clients on their personal and professional journey. As a creative, heart-centred guide creating life changing results with clients via bespoke services and experiences, I appreciate your uniqueness while understanding no matter how unique each of us are, we are all connected.
