I am an ICF Certified (PCC) coach, an EMCC accredited Sr. Practitioner, Certified Mentor Coach (MCCP), Certified Learning and Development Manager (CLDM), NLP practitioner, a Transactional Analysis (TA) practitioner and a seasoned Learning professional with 28+ years of work experience out of which 25+ years have been dedicated to Learning and Development (L&D). My experience ranges from end to end management of the L&D function to supporting organisational development initiatives. With the breadth of experience across various industries such as IT, BPO, and Banking and having managed small to very large multi-location complex project. I was also on the Board of ICF Bengaluru Charter Chapter between 2021 and 2024,
