About Lolita
Lolita is a woman with a burning passion to see women living their best lives by walking in the authenticity and fullness of who they truly are. This passion led her to start a life changing business, Walking in Wellness. Through her business, she educates, empowers, and equips women to live a life of physical, mental, and spiritual abundance. This is accomplished through coaching, speaking, and authoring books.
Lolita holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. She is a certified Life Coach through Life Purpose Coaching Centers International. A certified Holistic Health Coach with Legacy Holistic Health Institute. An ordained minister and proud veteran of the USAF. Lolita currently resides in Lawrenceville, GA with her husband of 28 years, her three amazing adult children, and two handsome grandsons.
