About Stacie

At Root Skills Coaching, I work with neurodivergent high school and college students, as well as adults. Grounded in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), I use evidence-based strategies to support individuals in setting meaningful goals and developing the skills needed to achieve them. My mission is to strengthen executive functioning and life skills while promoting independence and self-confidence.

I hold a master’s degree in elementary education, an endorsement in special education, and a graduate certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). I am also an ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider. My experience spans a variety of settings, including schools, ABA centers, community programs, and adult group homes and day programs, allowing me to bring a well-rounded perspective to each client’s unique needs.

In my coaching, I take a collaborative and individualized approach, tailoring each session to align with clients’ strengths and goals. I create personalized plans that support skill development, encourage meaningful progress, and help clients feel confident and successful throughout the process.
