Leadership that "Moves the Needle"

Coach

About Dan

I'm passionate about helping others 'Move the Needle' in their leadership, career, and life...by guiding them to make changes that actually enable them to achieve real and sustainable growth. At a young age, I knew I wanted to help people feel good about themselves and improve their lives. Combine that with my lifelong learning in cognitive behavioral psychology and my career in leading change..and coaching is the perfect profession for me.

It's so gratifying to see my clients have a real growth spurt when working with me. When they're able to move past barriers and challenges and really take their career and life to the next level, it is so satisfying and fulfilling. It energizes me to help even more people.

Professional background

I have successfully led individuals and organizations through challenging and complex change-transformations. Experienced coaching/consulting leaders at all levels of Fortune 100 companies, such as Wells Fargo, Lowes, Bank of America and Mutual of Omaha.

I help busy leaders who need/want to navigate and create real, sustainable change in their lives. Changes such as:
-How they experience and approach their leadership
-Reduce stress and increase effectiveness/performance
-Reset: Going from being overwhelmed to empowered
-Become more strategic and less reactionary/tactical. Firefighting to intentional
-Have more influence and build an executive presence
-Change their career trajectory or their career path
-Effectively navigate and lead change for your organization

Leaders can get stuck in a vicious cycle in their work and life…because they are just too busy, maybe overwhelmed, have a lot of demands on them or just don’t know what to change and/or how to change.

Leverage this experience to help clients

Because of my exposure with so many types of people, organizations and industries I’ve gained the experience and knowledge to empathize with my clients on many different situations. I can typically understand what they may be feeling and thinking, which enables me to quickly assess how I can give them the support and coaching that gives them the most value.

I also leverage my change management skills to help clients, as they look to make behavioral and mindset changes that will take their career and life to the next level. Change is hard and I've learned what doesn't work, as much as what does work. People can feel 'stuck' and not able to see their way forward. I use my experience helping many people and organizations move past barriers to see real and sustainable change.

Interests & hobbies

My wife and I enjoy walking with our own dogs. We also foster dogs temporarily and eventually transport them to their forever homes. We enjoy movies and hiking in the outdoors.

A nice night for us is seeing a movie and/or eating a good meal, then relaxing with our dogs. I am fortunate to have a great wife and family. 7 siblings and 15 nieces/nephews. So we visit them whenever we can.
