About Rochelle
Oh….a little about me. I’m a wife, mom to the humans and furry beasts kind. I was diagnosed at the age of 35 with Type 1 diabetes along with Hashimoto’s Thyroid disease. This put me on a path for Holistic health. During my journey I have become a Holistic Health Coach and Certified Personal Trainer with lots of grace and sense of humor.
