Helen Andrew

A social entrepreneur with an interest in regeneration, systems thinking and purpose, Helen has dedicated her time applying her interests for the betterment of the community.

In 2015, Helen started a social enterprise called Spare Harvest to connect neighbours so they could share what they had spare in their kitchens and gardens. Spare Harvest harnessed the power of the gift and sharing economies to build community resilience and reduce waste. While building Spare Harvest Helen supported many emerging entrepreneurs with mentoring and business coaching. It was in this role that Helen realised many lose their way when they do not have clarity around their purpose, mission, vision, impact, and values.

After Spare Harvest was acquired in June 2021, Helen started Priority Purpose to help individuals, community groups, teams and SMEs to create their own personalised Purpose Map™ to bring more clarity and direction into their lives.

As a regular contributor on the local radio, Helen shares new thinking and approaches, while calling all listeners to become activators in their communities. When not working with clients and activating change in her community you can find Helen with her family and in her garden.
