Octopus ADHD Coaching: Life coaching for older women with ADHD

Coach

About Kristin

I became an ADHD coach in order to help relieve the shortage of good, well-trained, ADHD coaches. I have 105 hours of ADHD specific Life Coach training from the ADD Coach Academy and a CACP credential from PAAC (Professional Association of ADHD Coaches)*.

My focus is women with ADHD. Topics can be anything you want, from practical, short term problem solving to figuring out what you want to do with your life. The session topics are chosen by you.

Examples include:

-Planning
-Difficulty focusing
-Reassessing short term and long term goals
-Decluttering
-Organizing
-Exercising
-Almost anything you want! (not including counseling, therapy, or consulting)

About Me:

I was diagnosed in 1995 at age 35 and have two adult daughters, (both with ADHD brains).

I live near Seattle where I swim in the sea year-round, reveling in the beauty that surrounds me. When I am not training for triathlons, learning french, or volunteering as a citizen scientist, I crochet amigurumi plants and animals.

*The Professional Association of ADHD Coaches is an ADHD coach credentialing organization that exists to ensure that clients can be certain that the ADHD coaches they hire have proven proficiency at coaching people with ADHD. All PAAC credentialed coaches have had ADHD-specific life coach training and must meet annual CEU requirements.

ADHD coaching is life coaching viewed through an ADHD lens.
