About me:
I combine my eight years of experience working with individuals facing mental health challenges with a deep intuition for internal processes, trauma, nervous system regulation, and resilience.

After trading security for authenticity and traveling the world as a digital nomad, I know exactly how liberating it is to swap "functioning" for "feeling."
