About Rachel
I spent 25+ years in corporate leadership roles, masking, suffocating in toxic environments, and knowing the work I was tasked with didn’t always align with my values and goals.
And I’ve struggled. With communication. With feeling like I had to dumb myself down or shut off my real feelings to keep my job. With a mind that often leaps ahead and makes connections others aren’t seeing. With knowing things and being unable to explain how I know.
Leaving corporate to help others lead authentically and confidently was the best (and one of the hardest) moves I’ve made.
About you:
You’re a high-achiever, a leader, a force for change. You have superpowers: empathy, intuition, creativity, and strategic thinking, for just a start. And you’re finally ready to get out of your own way and uplevel your life and work.
You've probably always known or suspected that you're wired a little differently. You might identify as highly perceptive, HSP, ADHD, ASD, or neurodivergent. Or not. Regardless, you’ve always moved to your own beat.
The leaders I work with are each brilliant in their own ways. Talented and driven, they're doing amazing things in and for the world.
😔 And they struggle—with overthinking and overwhelm. With burnout.
😔 They sabotage themselves by talking too much or too little.
😔 They take care of everything and everyone—except themselves.
😔 They stand up for others but hesitate to advocate for themselves.
😔 They say yes when they want to say no, and dream of having more white space on their calendars.
After working with me, clients have:
🤩 Asked for—and gotten—a 25% raise.
😃 Told me they're sleeping better than they have in 10 years.
😍 Saved their marriage.
🤩 Gotten 3 job offers simultaneously.
😃 Released commitments and rearranged daily schedules so they could work smarter, fewer hours, and more effectively.
I’ve always known that my brain wasn’t “typical.” I identify as highly perceptive/high-sensory, and recently learned I'm an AuDHDer, which came as a shock but not as a surprise. It explains a lot of patterns in my life and work. It’s not about the labels, though: It’s about discovering who you are and what excites you. What brings you joy. What conditions you thrive in, and how to design your life and work to support you.
❓Do your life and work support you? Are you thriving?
❓If yes, fabulous—I’m thrilled for you! What are your new goals and dreams? Do you have a trusted thought partner to support you in achieving them?
❓If you answered no, what’s holding you back? What support do you need to create the conditions you’ll thrive in?
