Welcome, I'm a special education teacher with over 17 years experience in the public school system, working with parents and teens, as well as facilitating hundreds of IEP meetings.

I work with families parenting teens with ADHD during the middle school thru high school years by using specific strategies and techniques to to strengthen existing skills for parents to teach and guide their teens to manage their ADHD.
