Having his first exposure to coaching in the early 80’s, Tony is at the forefront of defining where coaching is developing in the rapidly evolving world of work.

A naturalised Singapore citizen of British origin, his background includes 30 years in technical, sales and leadership positions in Europe, Scandinavia and Asia-Pacific in Technology and Software companies.

He developed the Profitable Leadership® coaching framework and leadership training which has been deployed to managers at all levels in commercial multi-nationals and senior government agencies.

Tony is one of the few coaches worldwide who have been examined and accredited by the International Coach Federation (the global independent professional body for coaching) as Master Certified Coach (MCC) and as a Board Certified Coach (BCC) by the Centre for Credentialing and Education.
