I go by the first name of Liz, and I completed a 5-month Professional Coaching for Life and Work program through UC Davis’ Continuing and Professional Education this past June. To get accredited through the International Coach Federation (ICF), I need to accumulate additional coaching hours.

I believe in being of service and my work thus far has involved that. When I can be of value is when I get the most meaning and purpose in life. As a coach, I partner with my client to achieve the goals he/she wants. There are many choices and decisions to be made in life and my role is to work with the client so that they move forward and get closer to where they want to be.
