After a 20-year career in finance and financial management, I traded spreadsheets for soul work—and haven’t looked back. Since 2017, I’ve served as a certified Master Life Coach. Master Transformation Coach, NLP Practitioner and holistic healing practitioner, guiding individuals of all ages through life’s heaviest emotional burdens.

I believe lasting transformation happens when we heal the mind, body, energy, and spirit together. Every session is deeply personalized, blending evidence-based and energetic modalities including Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) hypnotherapy, Negative Emotion Therapy, Reiki (Levels 1–3), Access Consciousness BARS®, Life Alignment, crystal healing, and intuitive readings. I’m also the creator of Soul Restoration Healing™—a signature approach that weaves quantum healing principles, sacred geometry, ancient wisdom (Seals of Solomon, Egyptian symbolism), and guided support from Angel and Spirit Guides to restore energetic harmony and emotional freedom.

My greatest passion is walking alongside those navigating depression, anxiety, and complex trauma. I also specialize in supporting children and teenagers, helping them build emotional resilience, self-worth, and healthy coping tools from an early age.

My journey into this work is deeply personal. As a widow who lost my husband to suicide, a childhood sexual abuse survivor, and someone who navigated my parents’ divorce, I know how isolating unhealed pain can be. Raising two sons has only deepened my commitment to compassionate, trauma-informed care. I do this work because healing shouldn’t be done alone—and because I’ve witnessed firsthand how profound, sustainable change is possible.
