I’m a certified Health Coach and I help people like you break the diet cycle once and for all, find your happy weight and embrace life in your happy body.
I love helping people break free of the diet cycle because I’ve been there. You name it, I’ve tried it. The Atkins diet? Yep. Special K diet? Of course. Slimming World? I’ve dabbled. 5:2? Thought that one was a game changer at first. C9…. Why do those shots taste so bad?! But yet, I persevered.
Always in the hope that this time, *something* would stick. Something would change. This would finally be the time that I got to my goal weight – and crucially – that I stuck to it. Problem was, it never did. I thought about food 24/7, I was always anxious and never happy with what I saw in the mirror.
IT TURNS OUT, IT DOESN’T HAVE TO BE THIS WAY
It breaks my heart when people tell me that they think they will be on their weight loss journey forever. That they think it’s normal to always be on a diet.
Or that they are never happy with how they look, or how their body feels.
They see people eating ‘normally’, and sigh as they think that will never be them – as they work out how many syns or points are in their lunch choice – a choice they don’t even really want, but they think that they should want because that’s what they read was healthy the other day.
IT BREAKS MY HEART, BECAUSE IT DOESN’T HAVE TO BE THIS WAY
Working with me, I help clients uncover what will REALLY make them happy. I help them to break the diet cycle once and for all and support them to get to a maintainable weight where they feel good and healthy without worrying about food, freeing them up to spend time on what really matters – like nailing their career, enjoying their relationships or spending quality time with their friends without the exhaustion that worrying about food 24/7 brings.
