I'm Nina Mizuno, an Identity Alignment Coach, Hypnotherapist, and Spiritual Guide. I work with women who've done the inner work, read the books, followed the rules, and still feel quietly stuck. The version of you who's reading this is likely successful on the outside, exhausted on the inside, and wondering why nothing seems to fully land.

I came to this work through my own long road. I started as the achiever, building a career in commercial real estate in California, hitting the external markers of success while feeling hollow inside. When Sedona called, I left everything.

Then I became the seeker. I went modality to modality. Buddhism, shamanism, energy work, and a four year spiritual immersion. The agitation, the grief, and the eventual return of joy taught me what no book ever could.

The transition was slower. Five years of subconscious repatterning, rebuilding myself from the inside out. I've felt the most profound gateway to self-awareness is through altered states of consciousness. When I trained in hypnotherapy, NLP, parts work, breathwork, and neuroscience, I wasn't learning a profession. I was finding language for what had already moved through me.

Now I guide others through the same return I made, with more clarity and less wandering.

I offer single sessions for clarity and mapping, and packages for deeper identity alignment work. I developed the Trinity Mystic Healing Journey, a framework that takes a focused goal from insight to embodiment. Custom packages are available for complex patterns, layered identity shifts, and major life transitions.

At its heart, this work is a return to the self you were before the world taught you who to be.
