I work with family caregivers and anyone experiencing loss and grief. Through the years, I've found that multiple forms of loss and grief accompany caregiving. It's not simply associated with death and grief. Isolation, changes in relationships, income, employment, and health are some of the ways we feel the impact.

I focus on supporting a caregiver or someone in a grief situation (new or old) by understanding what's happening. We eliminate the shame and overwhelm and identify strengths and possibilities. There are no stages or timelines to follow.

I work with individuals, groups, companies, and healthcare systems to support their employees, clients, and community members.
