About Anna

With her M.A. in sport psychology, Anna is a Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC) through the Association for Applied Sport Psychology (AASP). She is based in Portland, Ore., and specializes in mental performance coaching for athletes and high-performers (especially volleyball players). She works virtually with clients in the Pacific Northwest and across the country.

Anna offers one-on-one mental performance coaching sessions for athletes, performers, and executives who want to develop and strengthen their mindset, to help them perform how they want, when they want. As a CMPC, Anna is trained and credentialed to work with all performers to address optimizing their mental performance with skills to help them thrive in their performance arena (from the field to the boardroom). These strategies can include learning how to:

- Get out of your head and effectively refocus
- Manage nerves before and during major competitions and events
- Stay calm and ready even in high-pressure situations
- Talk to yourself, teammates, colleagues, and coaches more productively
- Use your mind and attention to perform more consistently
- Build and maintain confidence
- Set smarter goals and create a reliable action plan to get there
- Develop a growth mindset and move past mistakes
- Manage and juggle competing demands (like work and life, or school and sport)
