Ellen Richards, Founder of The Lightbrary, helps Executive Assistants dream bigger, explore possibilities with curiosity, unlock inner knowing, and confidently create action plans to achieve their goals. She also partners with organizations and executives to design and build strong career pathways that support Executive Assistant growth and development.

What drives Ellen’s work at The Lightbrary is her core belief in freedom and sovereignty, as well as a deep respect and admiration for Executive Assistants. Her approach to coaching is rooted in these values and she is committed to working those who are invested in creating environments where everyone can learn and thrive.

Before The Lightbrary, Ellen enjoyed a successful decades long career as an Executive Assistant. As a trusted partner to C-level executives, senior leaders, and global teams across countries and industries, she supported key decision-making, strategic planning, organizational operations, change management, talent development processes, and other initiatives.

Ellen is a Certified Professional Coach, Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner, COR.E Leadership and Transitions Dynamics Specialist and International Coaching Federation (ICF) member.
