About James
I am a retired diplomat and an International Coaching Federation certified Leadership Coach with 30 years of experience leading complex teams in the federal workforce and military environments.
I've served as a Foreign Service Officer, a Nuclear Missile Launch Officer with the U.S. Air Force, and a Peace Corps Volunteer.
I'm a leadership nerd who loves helping people become the leaders that they are capable of being and find a path that is true to who they are and who they want to be.
