Paula McMillan-Perez

Paula is an Afro-Caribbean Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Mindset Coach, and Framework Mentor who was raised and resides in the Bronx, NY. A graduate of Mount Saint Mary College as a dual Psychology and Human Service major as well as a graduate of Adelphi University earning a Master of Social Work degree, I also obtained a certification as a Professional Coach from the Life Coach Institute. She has been working in the field for over 10 years with a diverse area of expertise serving all age groups involving but not limited to child welfare, forensic social work, substance abuse and trauma support.

Personalize Your Coaching, LLC (PYC) was created to provide more accessible coaching services for people of color. PYC partners with educators, individuals, and organizations to enhance healthy boundaries, improve mindset and identify solutions. Through 1:1 coaching, consultation, courses, workshop facilitation, and development we work thoughtfully to support client holistic growth through a mental wellness lens.
