I am Stephanie Bell, a single mom of 3 children who continues to walk my journey on self (Re)discovery, Self Love, Self patience and Self Care.

Through Love, Courage and Strength, I decided, to take my life back and find myself again. I started my journey as a Wellness Life Coach, dedicated to serving woman, moms, beautiful human, to (re)discover themself, break through barriers and find their way back to who they are.
