I have worked in sales, marketing, technology, and management for startups, small businesses, non-profits, and giant corporations. While I have found success in all those environments I'm going to give you full disclosure - I know I am a shitty employee. If you want to just fit in the mold and get by, I am so NOT the person to help you. But if you want to fix your mess, if you want to do better, I'm your guy.

Personally
First and foremost, I'm a father. To hella kids. Like HELLA. I love it and it's my favorite of all the hats I wear.

I also love rom coms, deep conversations with friends, good street tacos, baking, and "arguing." I love rap and jazz, solving rubik's cubes, and the creative side of marketing.

If you are a visual person; just picture if Don Draper, Phil Dunphy, and Method Man had a baby.

Why Me?
Ugh, I hate this part. If you think it makes sense for us to talk, then we probably should. Worst case is you figure out we aren't a match. But I'm not going to force you into shit. You either want to fix your mess or you don't.
