My mission as a coach is to help leaders get out of the vicious circle of overwork and overwhelm by clearly defining the impact they want to achieve and overcoming the external and internal factors that prevent them from achieving it.

What is important for you to know about me?

I have 15 years of experience in Human Resources. The last eight years, I have spent building and leading global teams. I have managed people from 25 countries and built processes for tens of thousands of employees.

I augmented my corporate experience with executive coaching training at the Center for Executive Coaching, one of the world's leading training organizations.

My coaching clients are middle and senior managers in fast-changing industries such as software development, clinical trials, IT, logistics, and outsourcing.
