About Raelee
Raelee Peirce helps parents move from constant conflict to genuine connection with their children. With nearly 20 years of coaching experience, she supports families in understanding the roots of challenging behavior so they can respond with confidence and calm instead of frustration and force.
Raelee is a Certified PCI Parent Coach and the founder of Inner-Life Parent Coaching, LLC. Her work is grounded in the attachment-based developmental framework of Dr. Gordon Neufeld and the Simplicity Parenting approach of Kim John Payne. She works with parents one-on-one, with couples, and in group settings.
She brings both professional depth and personal warmth to every coaching relationship. Raelee is a Baha'i, Waldorf parent, and a Developmentalist who has been married since 1999 and raised two children of her own, who are now in their 20's.
