Why should you partner with me as your Professional Life Coach?

Working with me gives you a safe space to explore your goals and limitations, provides accountability and celebrations for success, and builds your capacity to recognize barriers and conquer them! I specialize in helping women who are sober-curious and want to examine their relationship with wine as a coping strategy.

As a professional:
-I have 25 years experience in special education and administration.
-I spent two years as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Namibia.
-I value diversity, confidentiality and creating safe, judgement free spaces.

As a woman:
-I am a remarried mom, with a blended family of 5 kids (6 if you count my fun-loving husband!) and 2 dogs.
-I relate to women who feel like they are everything for everyone and have lost some of themselves along the way.
-I have been sober since July 11, 2017 and am grateful for the ups and downs of that journey every day.

As a coach:
-I spent many years as a health coach and still love learning about how food and fitness impact my overall wellness.
-I earned my 1st degree Black Belt at the age of 40 and continue to explore the connections between body, mind and spirit.
-I am a certified Professional Life Coach which enables me to serve others and support their growth with curiosity and compassion.
