I used to think my life was hard because of my marriage, my job, illnesses, family relationships, religious beliefs and making decisions.
I was convinced that if things were just different, then I would be happy. I was wrong.

Now my life is easier, less painful, more peaceful and I want to show you how you can create the experience that you want to have. I will show you how to feel more connected, confident and loving. I will walk you through a tested and proven process that will change everything.

Sometimes it takes a little work and sometimes it takes a lot of work but I promise even if it's not easy it is so simple that it will change your life. You will be able to free yourself from the anxieties and overwhelm that accompany our perfectionist culture.

I was certified as a Life coach at The Life Coach School with Brooke Castillo and then earned an advanced certification in Faith based coaching with Jody Moore.
I have spent hours coaching clients one on one through topics like kids not listening, cheating husbands, difficult family members, negative sexual experience (not abuse), dissapointment in spouses or children, negative feelings about church members, faith questioning, laundry not getting done, feeling overwhelmed and so much more.

Life coaching is a passion and a way of thinking that for me aligns perfectly with and enhances my personal belief system. It is Intuitive and systematic. It is not therapy or treatment of any illness but it can certainly enhance both of those experiences for an individual.

I am absolutely not perfect or anywhere close to it and I don't want to be.
Imperfection is Freedom.
I believe I have an incredible opportunity to share my talent with others in my unique way.
