Kari Pelton

I’m a Coach currently working on my International Coaching Federation Accreditation. I apply the same purpose and passion to coaching as I do in my current position as a senior Army acquisition professional. I have an intrinsic commitment to the people I support and never stop learning or serving others.

Five generations in the workplace coupled with a hybrid, virtual environment create unique challenges for today’s leaders. Never before has self-awareness and introspection been so important. I spent the last 30 years working with a widely diverse group of people from private industry and Government. I have experienced firsthand the challenges of owning a small business, the hardship of deployments, and the struggle to balance career and family while still having time for yourself. As a current supervisor, I know the need to create healthy boundaries, deal with toxic individuals, and strive for inclusivity.

Coaching is defined as a thought-provoking and creative process to inspire others to reach their maximum personal and professional potential. I will help you see roadblocks that you didn’t even realize were in your way! Clients and leaders come to me because they know they have a partner they can trust.
