Most young men I work with aren't struggling because something is wrong with them. They're struggling because nobody has ever sat with them long enough to ask the right questions.

You might be doing everything right on paper — job, routine, keeping it together — but something still feels off. Like you're waiting for your life to actually start. That restlessness, that low level feeling that you're not quite where you're supposed to be — that's not a character flaw. That's just what happens when you've never had the space to figure out what you actually want.
That's what I do.

I'm Patrick — an Irish transition coach and counselling student based in Porto, Portugal. Before coaching I spent years working directly with people navigating some of the most significant transitions of their lives, including helping hundreds of people relocate to an entirely new country and culture. That experience taught me more about how people actually change — and what gets in the way — than anything else.

I work with young men who are ready to stop going through the motions and start building a life that actually fits them. Sessions are one to one, fully online, and completely confidential. We go at your pace. We focus on what actually matters to you.
