Juliane Duchâteau

I am a Systemic Leadership Coach working with leaders, managers and professionals who are successful on the outside but feel that something is holding them back on the inside.

Before becoming a coach, I spent more than 20 years in international B2B and technology environments, including leadership positions in talent acquisition and people leadership. I have lived and worked in four European countries and coach fluently in German, English and French.

My clients are often high-performing professionals who find themselves stuck in recurring patterns: overthinking, people-pleasing, perfectionism, difficulty setting boundaries, avoiding difficult conversations, or feeling exhausted despite their success. While many coaching approaches focus on behaviour and performance alone, my work also explores the underlying patterns that drive those behaviours in the first place.

By combining systemic coaching with trauma-informed methods, I help clients gain deeper self-awareness, strengthen their leadership presence, make clearer decisions and create sustainable change that goes beyond temporary fixes.

I work with leaders across industries and cultures who want to lead with greater clarity, authenticity and impact, without losing themselves in the process.
