About Kayla
Hi, I am Kayla. I am a wife and mom of five crazy kids. I converted to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints while pregnant with my first child in July 2007. I am so grateful for the church we get the chance to raise our children in.
Though I have a strong testimony I have had my struggles with self-confidence to participate and be a member of the church. I found myself questioning where I belonged even though I was always so welcomed in the church.
I have struggled with my faith, word of wisdom, tithing, and the list goes on. I let feeling a little alone stop me from growing or seeing my worth and potential. I held myself back and some days threw my hands up with defeat.
I coach converts and newly activated members of the church on exactly what I struggled with in my life. I am on a mission to connect and help every Convert in the church!
In 2020, I decided to look into coaching and found ways to work on myself. I chose to become a life coach and certified in October 2021. I became focused in body-image and weight loss because that is something I have always struggled with. I love coaching in weight loss but always knew there was something more I wanted to do with my certification and life experiences. That is why I created my 5 programs I have now.
I am following my passion to help other LDS converts overcome their obstacles and find their peace and purpose with their faith or life.
