Hi, I'm a women's empowerment coach I help women figure out what has them still stuck in their life from not being able to move on from past abuse.

I'm able to help from past experience from narcissistic abuse that I lived in for years. I have been in my healing journey for four years now and I have learned a lot along the way.

The most powerful work I have done is learning about myself and how I react to life with how my pay shaped me. I had to break a trauma bond that I was stuck in and kept new going back.

Now that I have been living abuse free for four years I want to help other women have a live that they are meant to have and deserve to have.
