I'm Colin Casillas, a career enterprise sales executive and founder of Prepared Sobriety. On April 16, 2025, I retired from alcohol after six years of intentional mental preparation. No rock bottom. No program. A deliberate decision with a date.

In the first four months I lost 14 lbs without changing my diet, dropped my LDL cholesterol from 212 to 142, and eliminated two daily prescription medications.
