I have been coaching R&D leaders of all levels for 15 years, from new college grads to senior executives and entrepreneurs. I am a 25 year veteran of the R&D, having filled roles of engineer, engineering manager, VP of engineering, project manager, Agile coach and director of Agile coaching just to name a few.

My focus is helping you to learn and grow by setting goals, creating an action plan and generating forward momentum. I will be your confidential sounding board for ideas, thoughts and feelings. Together we explore where you are now and where you want to go next.

While we will be realistic about obstacles and how to overcome them, we focus more on your positive potential. Even though my focus is leadership development and team building, we can also include family, health, spirituality and any other aspect that you define as what makes you a whole person.

I live in Cumming, GA with my wife Tess and our dog Nala.

We both love to hike and explore. I love to scuba dive and snow ski, though Tess doesn’t do either. But she loves to find shells on the beach and sit by the fire in the lodge so it works out perfectly!

I keep my engineering sharp by making games and software for escape rooms in my company ClueControl. I also do a bit of woodworking as a creative outlet.
